We’re in the final weeks at the 362 Charles project. The artwork has been installed to the frontage, and looks great! The landscaping, decking and pergola to the roof deck is complete, and the BBQ is installed. The roller shutters to the carpark have been installed, final paint coats are going on, louvres and privacy screens are installed, glass balustrades are completed, and all the services are being tested and commissioned.
Externally the structural steel to the canopy is well underway and due to be completed in the next few weeks, and the external paving is now reinstated and complete.
