Charles St Apartments

We’re in the final weeks at the 362 Charles project. The artwork has been installed to the frontage, and looks great! The landscaping, decking and pergola to the roof deck is complete, and the BBQ is installed. The roller shutters to the carpark have been installed, final paint coats are going on, louvres and privacy screens are installed, glass balustrades are completed, and all the services are being tested and commissioned.

Externally the structural steel to the canopy is well underway and due to be completed in the next few weeks, and the external paving is now reinstated and complete.

Wellard New Primary School

This new project started 12^TH January & will consists of 4 teaching blocks + admin + library + assembly + considerable earthworks & external paving. The program is very tight; construction works are currently on program with soak wells and civil works currently underway.

Practical completion was granted on 20^th January 2017 at Ocean 272.

The project was successfully completed within program and budget.

Kolbe Catholic College – Block 3.0 Redevelopment

Kolbe Catholic College has kicked off this year. The dilapidation reports have been done, demolition works is complete, the pre-lays external to our site compound have all been run, backfilled and paving re-laid, soak well installation is underway and the existing services have been located

John Wollaston Anglican Community School

Great way to start the new year with a new project.

We have commenced the John Wollaston Anglican Community School this year. Services have all been disconnected, and the demolition works are well underway. New services are being run and existing services diverted during the demolition works. Footings have been cut back where required to allow for the services with no issues to date.
