Charles St Apartments
The last month has seen some big changes at Charles St Apartments.
The external Alpolic cladding is now on, the blue feature tiles are installed, the lobby tiles are installed, external render is almost complete, glass balustrading is going in, composite eaves linings are installed, scaffold has been removed and we’re putting the finishing touches to the apartments and ground floor shop tenancies internally.
The final cleaning has started.

Project update The internal services and wall / ceiling contractors continue to progress very well.
With the ground floor now starting the close up the walls and ceilings the service traded have commenced their installation on level 1. All going well the service trade will be joined be the wall and ceiling contractor by the end of this week .

EMCO have accomplished a couple of milestone and the past month. One being the completion of the landscaping, irrigation and stone pitching to the southern carpark.
The second milestone was the completion of the precast panels not only to the southern elevation but to the project as a whole. We have also commencced with the roof sheeting to the south western (lower roof) part of the building. This will enable EMCO to open up additional work areas for our contractors.
CIVIL WORKS
EMCO Building called to assist.
In the last 6 days EMCO rapidly completed some civil works as a variation for Corpus Christi College Sports Hall project completed Jan 2016. This involved modifying the adjacent road and pedestrian footpath to allow for a bus embayment to be installed. Installing a new bus hardstand and two new pram ramps with grab rails.
Bottleyard Apartments
Last week we held a Site inspection for the Client / PM & Architect. With just a few apartments remaining to sell, everyone is happy with the site progress & the quality of the build. Some great pics to share of the current display Apartment.
272 Westcoast Hwy – PC in 2 weeks
Our Ocean 272 project has only 2 weeks remaining until completion. Nice way to end the year & some happy new owners early Christmas present.
The internal fit out is completed and the external façade and paving works are nearing completion.
The services works are being commissioned and project is on track for completion within program and budget.
The New HBF Arena Basketball & Football Building
Works are continuing well. Blockwork completed to grandstand area and wet areas. Concrete pours to floor pour and grandstand commencing in today. Structural steel and roofing is due to commence in 10 days.
The Football building excavation and retaining walls are completed. Footings are underway to the main building area.
