EMCO Building have now commenced works on the Claremont Football Club Redevelopment Project. The redevelopment will consist of a 3 storey building providing club rooms, office facilities and tenancies as well as a 2 storey basement carpark accommodating 200 car bays to be used by the Perth Transport Authority.
The club rooms and office facilities consist of home and away change rooms and wash room facilities, public toilet facilities, grandstand seating, Claremont Football club offices & function rooms, 4 separate office tenancies and a gymnasium.
In addition to the above EMCO Building will be carrying out external works to the Davies Road streetscape, southern public open space and oval all as part of Landcorp’s Claremont On The Park development.
